How To Get Lots Of Views On YouTube - Starts This Week as I make a huge shift.  And seriously - if you do not know what you are doing then getting lots of views is not as easy as it looks.

But you see I found something out recently and to most people who use YouTube - it's bad news!  BUT then again if you know this little known fact - and you know how to use it to your advantage - well then you will have an unfair advantage over all of your competition!

So let's talk about the bad news first.  You see websites get traffic and reputation rankings and one of the best indicators of a websites ranking is called an Alexa score.  Now Alexa is a company owned by Amazon.com and it's existence and purpose in life is to analyze website traffic and produce useful analytics.  That's a fancy way to say that Amazon wants to know what it takes to make more money.  And in fact - Google is sort of a partner with Alexa.

Anyway - you can go to Alexa.com and download their toolbar for your internet browser.  And when you download that toolbar - it will ask you if you want to use the Alexa search function powered by Google - and you should say no - or unclick the selection.

Now that you have the Alexa toolbar - you can see the Alexa score on every website that you visit.  So if you open up Google - their Alexa score is "1".  That means out of all of the websites in the world - Google is the best or most popular.  Facebook is number 2 - which means that they are the 2nd most visited website in the world.

And seeing that we are talking about YouTube - they are number 3.  So the lower the Alexa score - the better or more powerful the website.

So the bad news is this.  When you have a YouTube account or channel - you think that you actually have an Alexa score of "3" because that's what is displayed on the toolbar.  But in fact - that is not true.  When we have a YouTube account we actually have a sub domain on the main domain.  And the way that it is set up on that domain - well it means that you are separate and independently ranked by Alexa.

Now most people will not know this even if they knew what Alexa was - and even if they have the toolbar installed.  Because until your sub domain get's ranked - it shows up as "3".  So it won't be visible until the day that your sub domain actually gets ranked on it's own - and when that finally happens - it will have a score in the millions!  LOL - a bummer right?

How To Get Lots Of Views On YouTube - When You Have A Bad Alexa Score?

So - when we get a YouTube account and make a video - and we get 2 views or 10 views - we are puzzled.  We wonder how some of these people get millions or hundreds of thousands of views - and we don't.  Well - like I said - this is the bad news part - because until you get a decent rank  - you won't get many views either.

BUT there is some good news too!  You see on this site - How To Make A YouTube Video - we are going to show you all sorts of very valuable information.  Yeah - we will show you different techniques on how to make a video - BUT more importantly - we will show you how to get lots of views on YouTube - because isn't that what it is really about?

So - you may already know this but I am a niche blogger.  And a niche blogger knows exactly how to get traffic for specific topics or keywords - by creating websites or blogs that specialize in those certain phrases or topics.  And last month I found out about my own YouTube channel being a sub domain.  And rather than it upsetting me - it made me so incredibly happy!

Why?  Because I know exactly how to fix that problem!  AND I know that I now possess an unfair advantage over my competition!

In fact - I took one of my YouTube channels and over the course of about two weeks - I plunged my Alexa score down from over 14 million - down to 1.8 million - in two weeks.  AND I did it without adding one single video to that channel!  And seeing that I make my money online by being an affiliate marketer - I actually blew past my own competition in two weeks.

And you get to watch me do this live - no tricks - I will do this live right before your eyes.  And if you do what I teach you to do - you should get the same type of results.  Now for me - well I am in a few programs so I will be making money along the way.  And I would recommend that as you follow a long - well I would recommend that you get involved with something so you can make some money as well.  And hopefully you already have some sort of video marketing or online business of your own.
